Privacy Policy for Growind Checker

This Privacy Policy explains how Growindsystems ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Growind Checker mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in, we process your username to authenticate you. We do not collect an email address for account purposes.
• Content you create. Inspection and report data, photographs you capture, and handwritten signatures you provide within the App.
• Location. Precise GPS coordinates are collected only when you enable the location-watermark option in settings and grant location permission. When enabled, the coordinates are embedded into the watermark of the photos you take and are therefore included when those photos are uploaded with your reports.
• Camera. The camera is used to take photographs and to scan QR codes. Images are stored on your device and uploaded together with your reports.
• Diagnostics and usage data. We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic logs, and Google Firebase Analytics to collect basic usage analytics, so we can identify and fix problems and improve the App.

2. How we use your information

• Authenticate you and manage your session.
• Create, store, and synchronize your wind-assessment reports.
• Associate photographs, signatures, and (where enabled) GPS coordinates with your reports.
• Diagnose crashes and errors, and improve the reliability and features of the App.

3. Where your data goes and who processes it

Your reports, photographs, signatures, and username are transmitted to and stored on our reporting backend at templates.api.acsyscloud.com so that your reports can be synchronized and shared.

We use the following third-party service providers, which may process data on our behalf:

• Google — Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play Services (location). See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data storage and retention

Reports, images, and signatures are stored in the App's private storage on your device and on our backend. We retain report data for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal or operational obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described below.

5. Permissions we request

• Internet — to sign in and to upload and synchronize your reports.
• Location (precise/approximate) — optional; used only to add GPS coordinates to photo watermarks when you enable that feature.
• Camera — to take photographs and scan QR codes.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@growindsystems.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

7. Children

The App is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
